Pillar 02 · Leaders walking with leaders

Leader
Community.

Formation does not end at month eighteen. It becomes a way of life. The people who walked the course together become a community that runs alongside each other for years.

In a sentence:

What "Leader Community" means here Once you finish the first cohort, you keep running. Ongoing coaching, peer community, and, for those called to it, training to become a Dromos leader who walks the next cohort through the same course.

Multiplication is built in. We do not train people once and walk away. We train people once, walk with them for life, and equip the willing among them to train the next round.

Four ongoing rhythms.

After the first cohort closes, four rhythms keep the community running together.

Rhythm 01
The Quarterly

A full day, four times a year. Worship, teaching, deep conversation, recommitment. The community gathers, takes stock, and runs together for the next quarter.

Rhythm 02
The Triad

Three peers, meeting monthly. Honest about marriage, money, work, temptation, prayer. The level of friendship that actually changes a life.

Rhythm 03
The Coach

A trained Dromos coach checks in monthly. A sounding board, a confessor, a course corrector. Not a guru. A friend with miles.

Rhythm 04
The Send

Members are encouraged, and trained, to lead the next cohort. Multiplication is the design from day one.

The math of multiplication.

If every cohort produces three leaders who go on to lead their own, and we hold that ratio honestly, the curve bends quickly.

2027
1
Founding cohort. 15 members.
2028
3
Three cohorts. ~45 members.
2029
7
Seven cohorts. ~100 members.
2030
12
Twelve cohorts. ~175 members.
2031
20+
Twenty+ cohorts. 300+ leaders shaping environments across the Northwest Metro.

These are projections, not promises. The point is not the numbers. The point is that the design is built for multiplication — not for our brand, but for the Kingdom.
